If you need a visa to enter the country you have selected for your holiday, you may either arrange your visa directly with the relevent authority or contact a company that specialises in assisting travellers with visas. Please remember it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas for your holiday. Please ensure you allow adequate time to obtain your visas. UK Citizens- Travelling on holiday outside the EC you must have a passport, valid for at least 6 months from date of departure. No Visas are required for countries within Europe and some other countries.
Non UK/EC Citizens- travelling into European Union members? states require Schengen Visa. The 15 Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Schenghen Visa needs to be obtained from the relevant embassy of the country you are traveling to. For other countries please contact relevant consulates as below. Please note the numbers marked with (*) an asterix are premuim numbers.

Scheingen Visa's need to be obtained from the relevent embassy of the country you are travelling to. All documents are as per table (below) depending on yout status; all documents must be original and most recent.

PASSPORT: Must be valid for at least six months from the date of completion of the tour
BANK STATEMENT: Original and less than a month old, with minimum balance of ?1000, no internet printouts; if you don?t have bank statement then we require traveller?s cheque for min ?600. All internet bank statements should be verified by your bank.
PAYSLIP: Most recent 3 months payslips, Internet print out is valid, if you don?t have payslips then mention your salary in your employers reference letter.
PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO: 2 most recent passport size with white background. (4.5cm by 3.5cm).
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Must have your name, start date & finish date. This can be bought from us.
WORK PERMIT: original is required with minimum of 3 months validity, from completion tour.
EMPLOYMENT REF LETTER: original and less than 1 month old stating your position in the company.
APPLICATION FORM: available from the website of relevant embassy, complete as mush as you can and we will fill out the remaining information. Please sign the form.
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: has to be original and in English, if not available or not in English then please get a affidavit from solicitor
SCHOOL / UNIVERSITY LETTER: original and most recent stating you are a student & name of your course
BIRTH CERTIFICATE: original and in English
PENSION BOOK / LETTER: Original pension book or letter stating that you are receiving direct debit in your account.
INSURANCE DECLARATION: Available from our website must be signed.
SONA TOURS DOCUMENTS: Confirmed invoice/receipt, Hotel confirmation letter
